Jerusalem/New Delhi, Nov 3 (NationPress) Israel's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Gideon Sa'ar, is set to engage in discussions with External Affairs Minister (EAM) S Jaishankar in New Delhi on Tuesday, as confirmed by the Israeli Foreign Ministry on Monday.
During his two-day diplomatic visit to India, Sa'ar will also meet with other high-ranking officials in the Indian government.

Prior to this visit, Israeli media reported that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is anticipated to travel to India in the upcoming months as relations between the two nations continue to strengthen.
Earlier this year, Sa'ar represented Israel at the Munich Security Conference, where he participated in extensive policy discussions with numerous foreign ministers, including EAM Jaishankar.
According to the Israeli MFA, on February 16, FM Sa'ar discussed with Indian Minister of External Affairs Subrahmanyam Jaishankar the execution of Trump's vision to enhance connectivity among Asia, Europe, and the US via routes passing through Israel. They also examined the trade route disruptions caused by the Houthis and Iran, with FM Sa'ar emphasizing the significance of Israel's ties with India.
The two ministers maintained contact through a phone call on June 13.
EAM Jaishankar shared on X after their conversation, "Received a call this afternoon from FM Sa'ar of Israel regarding ongoing developments."
Last month, Prime Minister Modi expressed gratitude to his Israeli counterpart, Benjamin Netanyahu, for the Diwali wishes and expressed hope for the ongoing growth of the strategic partnership between their nations.
PM Modi also shared heartfelt birthday wishes for Netanyahu, wishing him good health and prosperity.
"Thank you, my dear friend, for your warm Diwali greetings. I also extend my heartiest wishes on your birthday. Wishing you good health and success. May the India-Israel Strategic Partnership continue to flourish in the years to come," PM Modi posted on X.
PM Modi's remarks followed Netanyahu's greetings to the people of India for Diwali, wishing that the festival brings hope, peace, and prosperity.
