The Hague, May 19 (NationPress) External Affairs Minister (EAM) S. Jaishankar engaged in talks with Dutch Foreign Minister Caspar Veldkamp in The Hague today as he commenced his six-day journey through the Netherlands, Denmark, and Germany.

"I express my gratitude to FM Caspar Veldkamp for welcoming me in The Hague. I commend the Netherlands for its firm denunciation of the Pahalgam attack and its commitment to a zero-tolerance policy against terrorism. We had extensive discussions on enhancing our bilateral relations and our engagement with the EU. We also shared insights on the current global landscape characterized by multipolarity," Jaishankar shared on X following their meeting.

In addition to meeting with the Foreign Minister, Jaishankar also consulted with strategic analysts, focusing on fostering deeper ties between India and the Netherlands.
