Amaravati, March 23 (NationPress) The Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Pawan Kalyan, along with former Chief Minister Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, extended their warm congratulations to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for achieving the remarkable feat of becoming the longest-serving leader of the Indian government.

Pawan Kalyan expressed his heartfelt congratulations through a post on X, celebrating the Prime Minister's extraordinary achievement of serving for 8,931 consecutive days, a record that includes his tenure as the Chief Minister of Gujarat as well as his current role as Prime Minister of India.

“His journey transcends mere duration in power; it embodies a steadfast commitment, relentless dedication, and a life dedicated to the service of Bharat. From grassroots initiatives to steering the nation on an international platform, he has reshaped governance with a visionary approach, decisive actions, and an unwavering ‘Nation First’ ethos,” wrote the leader of Jana Sena.

“For over two decades, his leadership has exemplified discipline, sacrifice, and an unparalleled work ethic, prioritizing the dreams of every citizen in his governance. His initiatives in bolstering infrastructure, empowering the underprivileged, advancing digital innovation, and enhancing India’s status globally continue to motivate countless people. In a similar vein, former Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy shared his own congratulatory message on X for Prime Minister Modi.

“Sincere congratulations to Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi ji on reaching 8,931 days as Head of Government, marking a historic achievement in public service. This milestone stands as proof of one’s determination and resilience. I wish you strength and good health in your continued service to our nation,” posted the President of YSR Congress Party.

Additionally, Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu had also offered his congratulations to the Prime Minister the previous day.

“Heartfelt congratulations to Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji on attaining the historic achievement of being the longest-serving head of government in India’s history, completing 8,931 days in service to our nation. This remarkable accomplishment reflects his commitment, visionary leadership, and tireless dedication to the progress and prosperity of our country,” remarked Chandrababu Naidu, whose party plays a significant role in the BJP-led NDA government at the Centre.

With this achievement, PM Modi has surpassed the previous record of 8,930 days set by former Sikkim Chief Minister Pawan Kumar Chamling.
