Speaking to media on Monday, he confirmed, "Over 200 illegal immigrants have been expelled from the state. The FRRO (Foreigners Regional Registration Office) officials are tasked with identifying these individuals and relaying the necessary information to us. The deportation process will be a regular occurrence, rather than a one-time event."
When addressing the claims that many deported individuals are employed as construction laborers, he remarked, "We will investigate these allegations, and should we find any evidence, those individuals will be apprehended and deported."
He questioned the rationale behind exhibiting leniency towards illegal infiltrators and asserted that the Congress party has never been in a position to recruit individuals from Bangladesh for voting purposes.
In response to inquiries regarding a meeting with AICC General Secretary and Karnataka in-charge Randeep Singh Surjewala, Home Minister Parameshwara stated, "He invited me for a meeting last week, but I was out of the city. If he reaches out again, I will definitely meet him."
When questioned about the remarks made by Rambhapuri seer regarding the Chief Minister's position for Deputy Chief Minister D. K. Shivakumar, Parameshwara said, "The seer has shared his perspective. There is nothing wrong with that."
Discussing the recent violent incident involving an accused jilted lover near Soladevanahalli police station on the outskirts of Bengaluru, Parameshwara mentioned, "The suspects have been apprehended. Details related to the case remain unclear, and it is uncertain whether they were motivated by the Renukaswamy murder case in Chitradurga."
"Psychologists ought to explore whether such occurrences are negatively impacting the youth in society," Parameshwara commented in response to another question.
