Chennai, Oct 16 (NationPress) Director Keerthiswaran, whose romantic entertainer 'Dude' featuring Pradeep Ranganathan and Mamitha Baiju in the lead is all set to hit screens on Friday, expressed his gratitude before the film's release, stating that his film is not merely about love, but the right to love.

In a heartfelt post on his social media, he shared, "Feeling grateful."

He continued, "Tomorrow my debut film 'DUDE' releases. The emotions are overwhelming - a mix of excitement and nervousness. I deeply appreciate my hero PR for believing in me and genuinely hope 'Dude' becomes your new showcase for acting starting tomorrow."

The director also extended his thanks to producers Naveen and Ravi for their steadfast support, writing, "Enna director aaki azhagu paathathuku nandri. (Thank you for making me a director and embracing its beauty)."

It was clear that he held a special appreciation for his cinematographer, Niketh Bommi, who has been a pillar of support. He expressed, "A heartfelt thanks to my DOP, my brother, my shoulder, Niketh Bommi. You shaped me. Everyone deserves a Niketh in their life, and I aspire to be that for someone else."

He also acknowledged music director Sai Abhyankkar and his cast, including Sarath Kumar, Mamitha Baiju, and Rohini, for their unwavering love and support.

Keerthiswaran thanked director Sudha Kongara for including him in her directorial team and expressed gratitude towards Rajinikanth, Director Vikraman, Hitchcock, Billy Wilder, Bong Joon-ho, Actor Vadivelu, and A. R. Rahman for imparting their wisdom about cinema.
