Thiruvananthapuram, Oct 13 (NationPress) Kerala's Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan unveiled the New Kerala Development and Welfare Study Programme on Monday, under the initiative titled 'New Kerala Citizen Response Programme'. This initiative aims to enhance citizen involvement in state governance and developmental planning.
In a press conference, Vijayan emphasized that this program is designed to establish a new model of democracy, ensuring that the state's development mirrors the aspirations and needs of its citizens while encouraging active participation.
"The LDF government has always interacted with the public at every step to secure Kerala's progress. This program will further enhance that participatory method," he stated.
