“Educity and Medicity will be positioned near the Navi Mumbai International Airport. The City and Industrial Development Corporation has initiated land acquisition, and the Medicity blueprint is complete. The presence of top global universities is anticipated to enhance educational quality, stimulate startup growth, and significantly advance research across multiple sectors,” he remarked.
In a separate discussion, Fadnavis directed the administration to leverage Artificial Intelligence for managing power generation and securing a consistent supply.
He addressed the meeting concerning “Peak Demand” during the summer months.
The Chief Minister stressed that, considering the summer heat and the upcoming monsoon, all essential steps must be taken with urgency.
He instructed the use of Artificial Intelligence for system management, maintenance, and repairs.
The energy department noted that rooftop solar energy is yielding positive results.
Currently, there is adequate availability of coal and water for power generation, and all necessary measures have been implemented to ensure a steady supply.
Pre-monsoon maintenance is in progress, and the system is fully equipped to handle any emergencies.
