The Women and Child Development department earned an impressive score of 80, surpassing others such as the Public Works Department at 77.94, Agriculture at 66.54, Rural Development at 63.58, and Transport and Ports at 62.26.
The initiative was launched to instill discipline within government offices across the state, expedite service delivery for citizens, and foster greater trust between the government and the public. The first phase's evaluation, conducted by the Quality Council of India, was revealed on Thursday, coinciding with the state’s Foundation Day.
