Patna, Oct 22 (NationPress) As Bihar braces for high-stakes elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah are primed to lead the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) campaign on October 24, featuring four significant rallies throughout the state.

Sources from the party indicate that PM Modi will kick off his election campaign in the region of Karpoori Thakur, addressing large public gatherings in Samastipur. He will subsequently hold another rally in Begusarai.

During his speech, he is anticipated to encourage the electorate to back NDA candidates and convey a potent message to the opposition.

This visit marks PM Modi’s inaugural campaign appearance in Bihar since the announcement of elections.

His itinerary includes two visits to the state in October — the first on October 24, followed by another on October 30, during which he will also speak in Muzaffarpur and Chhapra.

On the same day, Home Minister Amit Shah is scheduled to conduct two major election rallies — one in Siwan and another in Buxar.

This will mark Shah’s second trip to Bihar within a week, following a previous three-day tour from October 16 to 18, where he addressed a rally in Taraiya (Chhapra).

The state leadership of the BJP has finalized all arrangements for the influential visits of both leaders, ensuring local units are mobilized for a substantial public turnout.

These rallies are poised to elevate the political atmosphere in Bihar and invigorate the NDA campaign.

In parallel, the Grand Alliance (Mahagathbandhan) is also preparing for an assertive campaign.

A joint press conference featuring its senior leaders is slated for October 23 in Patna, after which the alliance's representatives will distribute themselves across the state for synchronized campaigning.

With both the NDA and Grand Alliance ramping up their efforts, October 24 is anticipated to be a pivotal day in Bihar’s political timeline, marking the official commencement of high-level campaign efforts in anticipation of the Assembly polls.
