New Delhi, Jan 27 (NationPress) Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed his gratitude on Monday to global leaders for their warm wishes and congratulations on the occasion of India's 76th Republic Day.

In reply to a message on X from Ireland's Prime Minister Micheal Martin, PM Modi remarked, "Thank you Prime Minister @MichealMartinTD for your thoughtful wishes. I firmly believe that the lasting ties of friendship between India and Ireland, rooted in mutual trust and a shared commitment to democracy, will only grow stronger in the future."

While sending his wishes for India's Republic Day, Ireland's Prime Minister Micheal Martin stated in his post, "On this Republic Day in India, I extend my sincere greetings to President @rashtrapatibhvn, Prime Minister @narendramodi, and the people of India. Ireland values the strong ties of friendship and solidarity that exist between our nations."

PM Modi also conveyed his appreciation to French President Emmanuel Macron.

"My dear friend, President @EmmanuelMacron, your generous greetings on India’s 76th Republic Day are truly valued.
