Jaipur, Jan 22 (NationPress) Mohan Bhagwat, the chief of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), is set to join the Maryada Mahotsav, an important religious and cultural festival, in Chhoti Khatu, Rajasthan on Thursday.
This visit is part of his two-day itinerary in Rajasthan that began on Wednesday.
According to senior RSS leader Ramesh Agarwal, the visit includes various organizational and spiritual commitments.
Bhagwat arrived in Jaipur by flight on Wednesday and continued to Kishangarh for an overnight stay.
Later today, he will head to Chhoti Khatu to take part in the Maryada Mahotsav.
Notably, Acharya Mahashraman, a distinguished Jain spiritual figure, will also grace the occasion.
The Maryada Mahotsav is a celebration of India's deep spiritual heritage, emphasizing principles like discipline, ethical behavior, and social responsibility.
Following the event, Bhagwat will return to Jaipur for an overnight stay.
