Jaipur, Nov 12 (NationPress) The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Chief, Mohanrao Bhagwat, has arrived in Jaipur on Wednesday, and he will remain in the city until November 16 as part of the RSS’s centenary celebrations.

Throughout his five-day stay, he will engage in various events in Jaipur and interact with RSS workers.

According to Ramesh Agarwal, the RSS Rajasthan Regional Sanghchalak, Bhagwat reached Jaipur on the night of November 12.

On November 15, at 5:30 pm, Bhagwat is scheduled to address an event titled “Current Global Scenario and Integral Human Philosophy”, organized by the Integral Human Philosophy Research and Development Foundation at the SMS Indoor Stadium, Jaipur.

The following day, on November 16, at 10 am, he will be present at the book launch ceremony of “Aur Yeh Jeevan Samarpit”, which highlights the contributions of late RSS pracharaks from Rajasthan, at Pathey Bhawan, Malviya Nagar.

This book is published by Gyan Ganga Prakashan based in Jaipur.

During his time in Jaipur, Bhagwat will also conduct meetings with various groups of RSS workers and have informal discussions.

Speaking recently in Bengaluru during a two-day lecture series titled “100 Years of Sangh Journey: New Horizons”, Bhagwat emphasized that the Sangh welcomes individuals from all communities, including Muslims and Christians, but with a caveat.

He stated that anyone can join the Sangh as long as they regard themselves as children of Bharat Mata and pledge their commitment to the broader Hindu society.

“No Brahmin is allowed in Sangh. No other caste is allowed in the Sangh. No Muslim is allowed, no Christian is allowed in the Sangha. Only Hindus are allowed. So people with different denominations, Muslims, Christians, any denomination, can come to the Sangha, but keep your separateness out. Your speciality is welcome. But when you come inside Shakha, you come as a son of Bharat Mata, a member of this Hindu society,” Bhagwat remarked.

He further noted that individuals from various castes, including those with Muslim or Christian backgrounds, actively participate in the Shakhas, the RSS's local branches.

“We are all sons of Bharat Mata. That is how Sangha works,” he added.

He clarified that the RSS's philosophy is founded on unity and inclusivity, anchored in the idea of a collective national identity.
