Bhopal/Hyderabad, Nov 23 (NationPress) Chief Minister Mohan Yadav announced on Saturday that the Madhya Pradesh government has received an impressive investment proposal exceeding Rs 36,600 crore from various industries located in Hyderabad and other southern regions.
The Chief Minister indicated that this substantial investment is projected to create around 27,800 jobs in the private sector. Numerous industrialists from Hyderabad have demonstrated eagerness to invest in Madhya Pradesh.
During a significant gathering of industry leaders at the 'Investment Opportunities in Madhya Pradesh' session held in Hyderabad, Mohan Yadav shared this pivotal news.
CM Yadav emphasized that his visits to other states were devoid of any political agenda, solely aimed at fostering industrial investments. "I hail from the revered city of Baba Mahakal. Madhya Pradesh is the sole state in India rich in diamonds, while Telangana is renowned for its pearls," Yadav stated.
In his address, the Chief Minister noted that Hyderabad is a city focused on future visions, capable of anticipating forthcoming opportunities.
"We are here to forge new relationships with investors. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India has carved out a distinctive global identity. The country has dispelled several myths and achieved swift advancement across various sectors, including space," he remarked.
The CM revealed that in Madhya Pradesh, BEML has been allocated land for a Rs 18,000-crore railway coach manufacturing facility. Major investments are also underway in defence technology, providing opportunities for investors across all sectors.
Yadav highlighted that the largest hydro pumped storage power project is being developed in Neemuch on the Chambal River, with completion expected in the next two years. Madhya Pradesh is committed to fulfilling every promise made to investors.
"During personalized discussions with industry leaders at the session, 10 companies submitted proposals totaling Rs 36,600 crore, anticipated to generate approximately 27,800 jobs," Yadav later stated.
According to government sources, significant investment proposals received in Hyderabad include AGI Greenpac (Rs 1,500 crore), Axis Energy Ventures India (Rs 29,500 crore), Ananth Technologies (Rs 1,000 crore), Automatski Solutions (Rs 1,000 crore), Colaberry Inc (Rs 1,000 crore), and Dermacure Pharmaceuticals (Rs 150 crore).
