New Delhi, Oct 15 (NationPress) Actress Parul Gulati is gearing up to embrace the festive joy of Diwali, planning to celebrate the festival of lights in the company of her family and friends.

Regarding her Diwali plans, Parul expressed to IANS: “On the day of Diwali, I intend to stay at home with my family. However, before that, I'm excited to attend a few Diwali gatherings… some parties hosted by friends… I can't wait to play cards and indulge in plenty of mithai at these events.”

For Parul, Diwali marks the beginning of a delightful and indulgent period that lasts until the New Year.

When discussing her routine after Diwali, Parul mentioned, “Every year post-Diwali, I visit my nani's home. I spend a week there, and honestly, I don’t foresee any fitness activities in my immediate future.”

The actress, who openly admits to having a sweet tooth, added: “Once you have a sweet in your mouth, it’s hard to stop. Thus, from Diwali until New Year’s, I plan on enjoying myself with food.
