Mumbai, Oct 24 (NationPress) Maharashtra Governor Acharya Devvrat asserted on Friday that Prime Minister Narendra Modi transcends his role as India's leader; he embodies an idea and serves as a profound source of inspiration.

Devvrat highlighted that Modi's life exemplifies a commitment to humanity and an unwavering dedication to national interests. These remarks were made during the launch of the book titled 'Modi's Mission', authored by Berjis Desai. He praised PM Modi for undertaking numerous challenging decisions, including the abrogation of Article 370, the peaceful resolution of the Ram Janmabhoomi issue, and enhancing India's global standing, which he described as a testament to Modi's resilience.

He noted that PM Modi has not taken any day off throughout his 25-year political career.

Governor Devvrat emphasized Modi's relentless work ethic in serving the nation, society, and humanity. He congratulated Berjis Desai, stating that the book delves into various dimensions of Prime Minister Modi's life and will inspire the younger generation. He encouraged everyone to read it for motivation.

“Prime Minister Modi symbolizes the nation's pride; his contributions are a source of honor for every Indian,” he declared.

In his address, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis remarked that the groundwork laid by PM Modi for India's progress is unparalleled.

“This book not only chronicles PM Modi's life but also illustrates the development of an individual's values, awareness, and commitment to national service. After traversing the paths of service and renunciation, the Prime Minister dedicated himself to fostering nationalism through his work with the Sangh. Under his guidance, India has seen monumental decisions like the abrogation of Article 370, the construction of the Ram Temple, the Citizenship Act, and the ban on triple talaq. Each of these actions reflects a profound sense of national identity,” he noted.

The Chief Minister added that PM Modi has upheld the judiciary's dignity and fortified institutions, ensuring a balance between governance and the judiciary that has reinforced faith in democratic systems.

Discussing the economy, CM Fadnavis stated that through digital public infrastructure, India has outpaced even developed nations. Initiatives like demonetization, GST, and income tax reforms have nurtured a culture of tax compliance. “In a society that once viewed tax evasion as a virtue, compliance has now become a new societal value,” he commented.

“PM Modi regards the poor, farmers, youth, and women as the core of India's aspirations. The foundation of a developed India rests on the advancement of these groups, and the book ‘Modi's Mission’ reflects India’s journey towards progress,” asserted CM Fadnavis.

Deputy CM Eknath Shinde remarked that PM Modi is not merely a figure; he represents both the present and future of the nation. His journey has been one of struggle, inspiring every Indian. “This book is not just a biography; it narrates the authentic story of his endeavors. Capturing the full scope of PM Modi's influence within a single book is a challenge, as he has turned the impossible into reality. The positive transformations witnessed in India over the past eleven years have garnered global recognition,” said DCM Shinde.

Shinde further noted that despite the global economic turmoil, India's economy has risen to the fourth position, with aspirations to reach third place. He highlighted initiatives like ‘Digital India’, ‘Make in India’, and ‘Aatmanirbhar Bharat’, stating that uplifting 25 crore individuals from poverty, empowering women, and ensuring corruption-free governance were all achievable due to PM Modi’s leadership.
