New Delhi, Sep 21 (NationPress) On Sunday, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi commemorated the birth anniversary of Bhola Paswan Shastri, the former Chief Minister of Bihar.
Shastri was not only a freedom fighter but also held the position of Chief Minister in Bihar three times between 1968 and 1971.
Recognized for his simplicity and integrity, he was the first individual from the Scheduled Castes to ascend to the role of Chief Minister in Bihar.
