Jaipur, Nov 5 (NationPress) Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma is ready to spearhead the BJP's campaign for the upcoming by-election in Anta, with a roadshow scheduled for November 6, just four days ahead of the election campaigning deadline.
A distinctive chariot has been arranged for the Chief Minister’s roadshow, which will include notable BJP figures such as former Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje, state president Madan Rathore, MP Dushyant Singh, and BJP candidate Morpal Suman.
The united presence of these leaders sends a powerful message of party solidarity as polling day approaches.
Previously, the BJP faced criticism for its delay in announcing the Anta candidate, leading to speculation of internal discord, with the opposition suggesting factional divides within the party.
Nonetheless, the forthcoming roadshow, featuring top state leaders together, aims to dispel these rumors and project a cohesive front.
During the campaign, Vasundhara Raje has reached out to the Rajput community, urging them to fully support BJP candidate Morpal Suman, highlighting the significance of community engagement in this closely monitored by-election.
The Chief Minister will arrive in Mangrol at 12 noon, initiating his roadshow from Subhash Chowk and Azad Chowk, moving towards Siswali Tiraha. He is anticipated to remain in Mangrol until 4 p.m., during which he will interact with local leaders and assess the party’s election strategy.
Former Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje initiated her campaign a day earlier, conducting meetings with party workers in the Siswali and Anta city divisions on Tuesday.
Before her arrival, MP Dushyant Singh, her son and representative of the Jhalawar-Baran constituency, had been actively engaged in campaigning throughout the area.
Earlier, Madan Rathore had also made a brief visit to Anta for campaign evaluation. With top leaders coming together, the BJP is poised to make a final push for consolidation and momentum as the campaign nears its conclusion.
