Patna, Jan 10 (NationPress) A significant judgment from the CBI Special Court at Delhi’s Rouse Avenue has ignited a new wave of political upheaval within the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), while also highlighting the internal discord within the Lalu Prasad Yadav family.

The court's ruling mandates the prosecution of Lalu Prasad Yadav under various sections of the Prevention of Corruption Act and the Indian Penal Code, setting the stage for a comprehensive trial.

As the legal proceedings ramp up, the most palpable consequences are emerging from within the Yadav family.

After the RJD’s disheartening loss in the Bihar Assembly elections, discontent within the Yadav family had been simmering beneath the surface.

This recent court decision seems to have brought that tension to the forefront.

Rohini Acharya, daughter of Lalu Prasad Yadav, has stepped into the spotlight, using her social media to voice her concerns on Saturday, igniting a fierce political discourse.

On her post on X, Rohini implied without directly naming anyone that outsiders aren't needed to dismantle a distinguished legacy; rather, it is often the actions of one’s own family and a few newly acquired confidantes that are sufficient.

She further commented that when arrogance eclipses wisdom, harmful elements start acting as the leadership's eyes and ears.

Her remarks, imbued with both sorrow and political bitterness, are widely interpreted as targeting Tejashwi Yadav's close aide and strategist Sanjay Yadav, as well as RJD social media manager Rameez Nemat Khan.

Sanjay Yadav, hailing from Mahendragarh in Haryana, is said to have met Tejashwi Yadav around 2012 at a cricket ground in Delhi.

He later left a multinational IT firm and relocated to Patna.

Over the years, he has climbed the ranks to become a principal player in Tejashwi’s political strategy, often seen as the mastermind behind his decisions.

Rameez Nemat, conversely, manages social media and election strategies for the RJD.

His name has come up in various legal issues, adding to the ongoing controversy. Following Rohini Acharya’s comments, discussions in political circles have reignited regarding her ties with the Samajwadi Party and Akhilesh Yadav, further escalating speculations about potential political shifts.

Previously, Tej Pratap Yadav had hinted at internal betrayal, referring to the historical figure 'Jaichand', emblematic of treachery. Rohini Acharya’s public engagement has now solidified the notion that the situation extends beyond mere legal battles.

What is currently unfolding is not just a legal strife but a contest for legacy, leadership, and political existence within the RJD.

As the land-for-jobs case continues in the Rouse Avenue Court, the prospect of significant political upheaval within both the Lalu family and the RJD appears increasingly plausible.
