Ahmedabad, Feb 23 (NationPress) Rising star in judo, Rohit Majgul (-66kg) from Gujarat, has successfully attained qualification for both the 2026 Commonwealth Games and the 2026 Asian Games following an outstanding performance at the Judo Selection Trials held in New Delhi.

In the intense best-of-three finals at the national judo trials, Majgul faced off against Haryana’s Garvit in a gripping match. The final bout extended into golden score, where Majgul executed a spectacular O-goshi technique, scoring a waza-ari and securing his victory.
