This ceremony was dedicated to acknowledging the contributions of Border Security Force (BSF) personnel and esteemed veterans of the Indian Army for their outstanding efforts in nation-building, showcasing the essence of Military Civil Fusion.

The event took place at the Bikaner Military Station, graced by the presence of Lt Gen Manjinder Singh, Army Commander of the Sapta Shakti Command, alongside senior Army officials, BSF members, notable civil administrators, and Indian Army veterans.

The term Samanvay, which translates to coordination and harmony, perfectly embodies the spirit of collaboration and mutual respect that fortifies the Military-Civil Fusion, a concept vividly demonstrated during Operation Sindoor.

The unwavering dedication and timely support provided by civil authorities have consistently played a crucial role in ensuring operational success and facilitating effective coordination across various domains.

In his address, the Army Commander expressed sincere appreciation to the civil dignitaries, BSF personnel, and Army veterans for their invaluable contributions. He reaffirmed the commitment of the Army to foster a strong Military-Civil relationship grounded in trust, cooperation, and shared responsibilities.

In the current competitive regional and global landscape, where India's economic ascent is closely observed, it is imperative for all stakeholders—military, paramilitary, and civil authorities—to collaborate closely.

The Army Commander urged the attendees to adopt a Whole of Nation Approach to realize the vision of Viksit Bharat - 2047 successfully.

Special emphasis was placed on ongoing developmental projects in Bikaner, where cooperative efforts from the Indian Army, BSF, and the entire civil administration are essential for boosting tourism in border areas, establishing Bikaner as a regional tourism focal point.

BSF officers and Army veteran achievers were recognized for their selfless service to the nation, especially during Operation Sindoor.
