Mumbai, Jan 25 (NationPress) Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor recently shared insights into the profound changes in her life, highlighting how her personal journey has been entirely reshaped, particularly after she embraced motherhood and marriage.

On Friday, the ‘Neerja’ actress attended an event where she had a reunion with Jacqueline Fernandez, discussing their recent lack of communication. In a video that emerged online, Jacqueline was seen asking why they hadn’t been in touch lately. With a smile, the Masakali girl replied, “I'm married, I have a child. My whole life has changed.”

For those who may not know, Sonam and Anand Ahuja exchanged vows in May 2018 and welcomed their first child, son Vayu, on August 20, 2022.

At the event, Sonam showcased her style in a stunning yellow chiffon gown resembling a saree. She accessorized with diamond bracelets, eye-catching gold ear cuffs, gold rings, and a choker necklace. The Blind actress was seen joyfully posing for the cameras and engaging with the media.

On the professional front, Sonam Kapoor was last featured in the 2023 film “Blind,” which she completed before her pregnancy. After the birth of her son Vayu, the ‘Sanju’ actress took a hiatus from acting to concentrate on motherhood.

Next, she is set to star in the anticipated film “Battle of Bittora,” an adaptation of Anuja Chauhan's novel. In 2023, she declared her intention to make her comeback with this project.

Rhea Kapoor has obtained the rights to the book, originally published in 2010. The film will be produced by Anil Kapoor Film and Communication Network.

Previously, during the Jio MAMI Mumbai Film Festival, Sonam expressed, “I'm going to do Battle of Bittora next year, finally. It's a beloved character, but I feel a lot of girls might have read the book. I feel a lot of girls, maybe from our generation, know about it, but I don’t think the younger generation knows the character as much. So, we have the advantage of that.”
