Tirupati, July 22 (NationPress) The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) has made a significant decision to form a sub-committee dedicated to overseeing the establishment of Venkateswara Swamy temples in various nations.
This decision emerged during a meeting of the TTD Trust Board, presided over by TTD Chairman B.R. Naidu.
Following directives from Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, an expert committee has prepared a report recommending the construction of temples in different countries to enhance the global recognition of Venkateswara Swamy.
The TTD has resolved to form a sub-committee to take necessary actions based on the expert committee's findings.
The Trust Board also approved several key initiatives aimed at enhancing facilities for pilgrims and optimizing its operations.
It was decided to create a subcommittee comprising experts to assess the viability of constructing the Vaikuntam Queue Complex-III, designed to accommodate the growing number of devotees.
Additionally, the Trust Board has authorized the establishment of a cybersecurity laboratory to safeguard pilgrims against cyber fraud.
A new administration building will also be constructed to unify all departments in Tirumala, facilitating smoother administration.
The TTD will explore the potential for lounges with comprehensive facilities in various parts of Tirumala to enhance the comfort of devotees.
Efforts will be made to upgrade infrastructure, lighting, security, and spiritual ambiance along the Alipiri and Srivari Mettu walking paths for the benefit of devotees.
Moreover, a master plan and DPR will be developed for the further enhancement of the Shila Toranam and Chakra Theertham areas in Tirumala.
