Mumbai, Oct 4 (NationPress) Bollywood star Varun Dhawan, known for his recent film ‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’, is reflecting on the memorable moments from the film's shooting.
On Saturday, the actor took to Instagram to post a collection of behind-the-scenes images from the film's production. The images capture various aspects of Varun, including him clad in armor, sharing a frame with co-star Janhvi Kapoor, lounging bare-chested with a milkshake, and relaxing in his suite.
He captioned the post, “Sunny sunny boy Aaj theatre mein milta hain”.
Directed by Shashank Khaitan, ‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’ marks another collaboration between Varun and Shashank, who have previously worked on ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’ and ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’. The director has openly stated that Varun has a lot more talent to showcase, referring to him as underrated.
Previously, Varun expressed concerns regarding the lack of authenticity in current media interactions.
He commented to IANS, “Earlier interviews had a sense of honesty and connection. Now it often feels like we are answering clickbait questions designed to go viral rather than connect with the audience. We need deeper and more meaningful interviews and question-and-answers.”
In agreement, Janhvi Kapoor remarked on the effect of social media, noting that the digital shift has altered the landscape.
“With social media, everything has changed. We are still following old formulas for marketing, but the audience has evolved. Even interviews have lost that warmth. I am glad we are doing many today because it helps us reconnect with our audience and their expectations,” she said.
Meanwhile, ‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’ has garnered INR 21.7 crore.
