Kaithal (Uttar Pradesh), March 14 (NationPress) Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath stated on Saturday that after their rejection by the public, certain political factions are now attempting to undermine India's constitutional institutions.

While addressing a crowd in Kaithal, the Chief Minister remarked that those who have been ‘shown the door’ by the electorate are now disseminating misinformation and trying to incite chaos because they cannot compete in the political arena.

“At times they attack the Lok Sabha Speaker, and at other moments they criticize the judiciary or the Election Commission. When they emerge victorious, they take all the accolades, yet when they face defeat, they shift the blame onto constitutional bodies. This kind of selective blame will not be tolerated,” he stated.

“In this context, we must unite to prevent the spread of disorder and anarchy. We should aspire to build an ‘Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat’. If our nation is secure, then Sanatan Dharma is secure, and vice versa. The two are intertwined,” he elaborated.

Commenting on the international scenario, CM Yogi pointed out that ongoing conflicts in the Gulf nations may lead to global economic disturbances, but India remains steadfast on its developmental path.

“In spite of global uncertainties, India is advancing with assurance, bolstered by the dedication of its farmers and strong leadership. The 145 crore citizens of this nation stand united, placing their complete trust in our leadership,” he emphasized.

Earlier that day, the Chief Minister participated in the ‘Athwan Bhandara’ (eighth-day memorial feast), ‘Deshmel’, and ‘Shankhadhal’ ceremonies held in honor of the late Brahmaleen Shri Mahant Peer Ganesh Nath Ji at Baba Mukut Nath Math in Soungal village, Kaithal.

He offered his prayers and paid respect to the departed saint.

The Chief Minister also expressed his concerns regarding drug abuse, claiming that Pakistan is attempting to infiltrate India with narcotics as part of a larger scheme.

During a Dharma Sabha, he called on religious leaders and the community to initiate awareness programs against drug addiction.

“Addiction leads to destruction. Any efforts to combat this issue serve the nation. Drug traffickers are enemies of the state as they threaten both national security and our youth’s future,” he stated.

He urged religious assemblies and social platforms to actively promote awareness about the perils of drugs, asserting that India’s youth hold immense potential and must be safeguarded from such hazards.
