In 2022, during the ‘Uttar Pradesh Investors Summit,’ the Adani Group revealed plans to invest ₹70,000 crore in the state, which is expected to create over 30,000 jobs.
Last year, the Uttar Pradesh Cabinet ratified a power purchase agreement (PPA) between the Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) and Adani Power Limited (APL) for a supply of 1,600 MW of power over 25 years.
As of August 2025, Adani Airports is set to initiate a significant investment of ₹10,000 crore aimed at enhancing and modernizing the Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport (CCSIA) in Lucknow.
