Ahmedabad, February 3 (NationPress) Adani Enterprises Ltd (AEL), the leading entity of the Adani Group, announced a remarkable 90-fold increase in net profit, amounting to Rs 5,627 crore for the October-December quarter (Q3 FY26) compared to the previous year.
During the first nine months of this fiscal year (FY26), the consolidated EBITDA reached Rs 11,985 crore, while the revenue totaled Rs 69,756 crore, as stated by the Adani Group.
AEL has enhanced its reputation for operational and execution excellence during this quarter with the launch of operations at the greenfield Navi Mumbai airport in under five years since acquisition.
The flagship company has also achieved significant results within set timelines by completing two HAM road projects and inaugurating the new terminal building at Guwahati airport.
“Thanks to resilient execution and a focused strategy, Adani Enterprises has showcased a strong operational performance in the first nine months of FY26, highlighting the effectiveness of our incubator model and the breadth of our diversified infrastructure portfolio,” stated Gautam Adani, Chairman of the Adani Group.
The initiation of operations at the Navi Mumbai International Airport marks a significant milestone, reinforcing our commitment to constructing essential national assets rapidly and at scale, he added.
“Our ongoing advancements in airports, renewable energy manufacturing, data centers, and transport infrastructure, combined with robust capital market backing through our successful rights issue and NCD offerings, position us effectively for the next growth phase,” Gautam Adani remarked.
The company successfully concluded a rights issue, raising Rs 24,930 crore, with a 30 percent oversubscription from the market. Additionally, it secured Rs 1,000 crore through its third public NCD issue in January 2026.
Adani New Industries (ANIL-Green Hydrogen Ecosystem) reported module sales tracking over 1 GW per quarter, with domestic solar module sales soaring 40 percent to 997 MW during this quarter.
Adani Solar (ANIL) has achieved the status of being the only Indian company among the top 10 global solar manufacturers.
Furthermore, AEL's water business received a letter of intent (LoA) for the development of the Mithi river project, while ACX data center has operationalized a capacity of 14.4 MW, bringing its total operational capacity to over 50 MW.
