Air India Express flight IX-1057, operating from Delhi to Bhubaneswar, was briefly diverted to Jaipur on Wednesday, 29 April after encountering adverse weather conditions en route, the airline confirmed. The aircraft landed safely at Jaipur airport as a precautionary measure, with no injuries or damage reported.
What Happened Aboard IX-1057
The flight, which had departed from Delhi, made an unscheduled stop at Jaipur after unfavourable weather along its corridor made it unsafe to continue directly to Bhubaneswar. The aircraft held at Jaipur until conditions improved, after which it resumed its journey to the destination.
