Dr. Mandaviya stressed that efficiency, transparency, and empathy should be the core principles driving the transformation of the EPFO.
“Every reform should be communicated to workers in a straightforward manner to ensure that the effects of change are directly felt in their lives,” the Minister stated.
He also commended the EPFO for its role in enhancing social security, urging a focus on reforms that prioritize efficiency, transparency, and empathy, as India aspires to achieve Viksit Bharat 2047.
