New Delhi, March 6 (NationPress) The Society for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (SINE), a technology business incubator supported by IIT Bombay, is set to sell approximately 4 lakh shares in the initial public offering (IPO) of SEDEMAC Mechatronics, as per recent filings.

The company’s red herring prospectus (RHP) indicates that SINE will offload 4,08,000 equity shares.

Based on pre-offer paid-up equity share capital, this accounts for 0.92 percent, which suggests that the incubator could generate around Rs 55 crore from this sale.

The public offering for the Pune-based tech firm, which commenced on March 4, is set to conclude on Friday, March 6.

This IPO is solely an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 80,43,300 equity shares by promoters Manish Sharma and Ashwini Amit Dixit, along with other investors.

Located in Pune, SEDEMAC Mechatronics is involved in the development, design, and manufacturing of control-intensive, application-critical electronic control units (ECUs) for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in both mobility and industrial sectors across India, the US, and Europe.

The company specializes in sensor-less commutation-based integrated starter generator ECUs for two- and three-wheeler internal combustion engine vehicles.
