New Delhi, Oct 10 (NationPress) Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global leader in IT services, declared the unveiling of a new Artificial Intelligence (AI) experience zone and design studio in London on Friday, reinforcing its strategic investments throughout the UK. In addition, TCS aims to create 5,000 new jobs in the UK over the next three years due to its ongoing commitment to job creation and talent enhancement.

Over the years, this IT powerhouse has significantly contributed to the UK's economic landscape. In FY2024, TCS injected 3.3 billion euros into the UK economy and contributed over 780 million euros to the national treasury during the same fiscal year.

According to the company, TCS has served as a premier technology partner to businesses in the UK for over five decades, driving digital transformations and nurturing talent development.

Furthermore, TCS has supported around 42,000 jobs directly and indirectly in the country.

Jason Stockwood, the Minister for Investment, United Kingdom, expressed his pleasure in visiting the TCS campus in Mumbai, stating, "For nearly 150 years, Tata Group has exemplified leadership in both entrepreneurship and philanthropy."

He continued, "As we commemorate a significant Prime Ministerial visit to India, we have renewed our commitment to maximize the benefits of the trade agreement signed in July," he added.

The AI Experience Zone and London Design Studio are an evolution of TCS's flagship PacePort facility. This facility will play a pivotal role in nurturing innovation and enhancing client collaboration across the UK, showcasing TCS's dedication to the region.

This London studio marks TCS's second design hub, following the establishment of the New York Design Studio last September. It will utilize the extensive innovation ecosystem that TCS has crafted in collaboration with partners, academia, and startup ventures across the UK.

Previously, a business delegation accompanying UK Prime Minister Kier Starmer visited the TCS Banyan Park campus in Mumbai.
