During a cheerful discussion, he recounted some of the most entertaining April Fool's pranks he has executed throughout the years. Aarya, who plays the role of Kalikant in Zee TV’s Jagriti-Ek Nayi Subah, stated, “Pranking is inherent to me! To be honest, April Fool’s Day is merely a reason—I indulge in this all year long!”

“While filming Jagriti – Ek Nayi Subah, my fellow actors are always on high alert, as they can never anticipate my next move. One time, I altered the alarm tone on my co-star’s phone to my voice yelling, 'Wake up, you’re late!' and he literally jumped up in sheer shock! At home, my wife has practically accepted my antics. I’ve added excessive salt to her meals so often that she now insists I take the first bite. Although I portray the ruthless Kalikant on-screen, off-camera, I thrive on joy and laughter. I wish everyone a day filled with harmless tricks and endless smiles this April Fool’s Day,” he added.

Aarya Babbar previously discussed the transformation of his character, indicating that while there have been changes, he retains his menacing and power-thirsty demeanor.

“I am truly eager to present this evolved depiction of Kalikant to the audience. The shift into a more polished and commanding figure, adorned in a Jodhpuri suit and a distinguished salt-and-pepper appearance, perfectly aligns with his political journey. While his look has evolved, his essence remains unchanged—he is still as menacing and power-driven as before. This evolution adds new depths to his character, making him even more captivating, and I look forward to what lies ahead for viewers,” the Ab Ke Baras actor remarked.
