Sources close to the actor revealed to IANS that the esteemed Tamil film director A L Vijay is at the helm of this docu-film, which will run for approximately 90 minutes and aims to motivate numerous young individuals to chase their aspirations.

"Many young people harbor dreams that often remain unrealized. Life tends to steer them away from these ambitions. This project will serve as an effort to encourage them to follow their dreams," a source affiliated with the star indicated.

The initiative also aims to elevate the profile of motorsport in India, which remains perceived by many as a sport for the affluent.

A source shared with IANS, "Before the 1983 World Cup, cricket was also seen as an elitist sport until Kapil Dev led India to victory. Similarly, we aspire to make motorsport more accessible in India."

Director Vijay has not only captured thrilling races in Malaysia but has also documented essential behind-the-scenes moments, such as strategy meetings, team discussions, practice sessions, and Ajith's overall preparation. Furthermore, the director plans to film upcoming races in Abu Dhabi and Dubai for inclusion in the docu-film.

The docu-film will be presented in theatres as two segments of 45 minutes each. There are also plans to release an extended version on OTT platforms at a later date, according to sources.

The award is seen as a fitting tribute to Ajith Kumar, who pursued his dream of becoming a car racer this year by launching Ajith Kumar Racing, making the nation proud by participating in multiple challenging international racing championships and securing numerous accolades. Notably, Ajith actively competes in races alongside his team members.
