Ajith's team has secured the seventh pole position, with a combined time of 2:03,476, successfully qualifying for the event.
In a recent television interview, Ajith Kumar mentioned that he would refrain from signing any new films during the racing season, indicating he would work on a film between October and March, prior to the racing season.
When asked what aspects of the 24H Dubai 2025 intrigued him, Ajith responded, "I have participated in various formats of racing, primarily sprint races where there is one vehicle and multiple drivers. It’s not merely about the individual; it’s about the vehicle and the equipment, and conserving it for your co-drivers. Therefore, it’s a team sport."
Ajith has shown remarkable resilience in his preparation for the race, undeterred by a recent car accident that severely damaged his vehicle during a practice session on Tuesday.
For those unfamiliar, Ajith is not just a racer but also the owner of Ajith Kumar Racing. His team is competing in the highly competitive Porsche 992 class alongside teammates Mathieu Detry, Fabian Duffieux, and Cameron McLeod.
Interestingly, Fabian Duffieux has also stepped up as the team manager for Ajith Kumar Racing since December of the previous year.
