Mumbai, March 25 (NationPress) Television actor Akshay Dev Bindra has shared his experience of suffering a hairline fracture while filming an intense scene for his show “Kumkum Bhagya.”

Bindra, who portrays the character Raunak, demonstrated his remarkable dedication to acting by continuing to work on set despite his injury. Reflecting on the incident, he stated, “The scene was quite dramatic, requiring me to engage in a thorough physical confrontation. The production team had implemented all necessary safety protocols, yet I still managed to injure my right little finger. It turned out to be a hairline fracture; initially, I only felt some discomfort. In the heat of the action, I didn't realize it was a fracture, but when the pain escalated, I understood it was serious.”

He continued, “The doctors confirmed the fracture, but that hasn’t deterred me from filming. After all, the show must go on, right? The cast and crew have been exceptionally supportive, ensuring I receive adequate care and medication. I am genuinely thankful for their concern and encouragement. Knowing that so many individuals care about me keeps me inspired and makes this experience even more meaningful.”

During the filming of a high-octane fight scene at a club, where Raunak intervenes to protect Prarthana (played by Pranali Rathod), Akshay injured his right little finger. Despite taking all safety precautions, an unfortunate mishap led to a hairline fracture.
