The movie has garnered significant acclaim from both audiences and fellow celebrities, with Allu Arjun stating that it features no melodrama or gyan, but simply full entertainment.

In a post on his X timeline, Allu Arjun shared, "I watched #LittleHearts yesterday… What a delightful journey filled with fun and laughter! No melodrama, no gyan… just full entertainment. For those unaware, Little Hearts was released on September 5 this year, featuring Mouli Tanuj Prashanth and Shivani Nagaram in leading roles, along with Rajeev Kanakala, SS Kanchi, Anitha Chowdary, and Sathya Krishnan in supporting roles.
