Mumbai, Feb 13 (NationPress) Bollywood actress Ameesha Patel took a nostalgic journey on Friday, revisiting her cherished college days in Boston.

After a gap of 29 years, the actress returned to Tufts University and shared moments from her college life, including her experiences in the canteen, dormitory, and auditorium.

In a heartfelt reel posted on her social media, she expressed, “BOSTON, here’s another reel from @tuftsuniversity! The cafeteria (where we all students dreaded the food), my actual dorm building where I resided for two out of the four years, and the auditorium where I performed countless times! Nostalgia at its peak.” She fondly reflected on the canteen food that students “hated,” the dorm she lived in for two years, and the auditorium that witnessed her numerous performances.

Clearly filled with emotions, Ameesha described her visit as a full-circle moment. In a recent post, she conveyed her excitement about returning to campus after nearly three decades. “REEL 1 taking you down memory lane @tuftsuniversity — I’m STOKED to be here after 29 years and thrilled to share these moments with all of you,” she wrote, inviting her followers to join her trip down memory lane.

Calling those days magical, Patel added, “BOSTON—after 29 years, today is the most magical day as I revisited my TUFTS UNIVERSITY for the first time since graduation!! Over the next week, I will take all of you on my journey down memory lane with loads of reels and pictures! Enjoy the ride with me as I relive my UNI days.”

Beyond the campus, Ameesha also explored the city where she spent her formative years, sharing glimpses of herself strolling through Boston Commons, Faneuil Hall, Copley Square, Newbury Street, and the Boston Harbour, even walking parts of the Freedom Trail, capturing all the locations she frequently visited as a student.

“BOSTON — Strolling through the Boston Commons, Faneuil Hall, Copley Square, Newbury Street, Boston Harbour and Wharf, doing part of the Freedom Trail, and hopping in and out of the Prudential center feels so natural! It’s something I did for four years while studying at Tufts University! The past student in me has melted into the present girl! I can’t feel the difference! These streets and areas make me feel like I belong here! BOSTON will always have my heart,” she wrote.

Summarizing her feelings upon revisiting her golden days as a student, she added, “BOSTON — back to my city where I studied and attended university! Reliving my student days feels surreal.”

On the professional front, Ameesha Patel made her Bollywood debut in 2000 alongside Hrithik Roshan in Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai, which became a blockbuster. She followed with major hits like Gadar: Ek Prem Katha, Humraaz, Bhool Bhulaiyaa, and Race 2. Her recent project was Gadar 2, where she reprised her iconic role as Sakeena.
