On Monday, the 'Kai Po Che' actor shared a touching video of his encounter with an elderly woman, highlighting the importance of empathy and compassion, especially towards younger individuals who often endure severe public scrutiny.

In his post, Amit stated, “Have a beautiful day.. be nice to people.. especially if they are younger.. remember your teens and youth.. they require love, understanding, and support—not public humiliation, wrath, or trolling.. BE KIND PEOPLE—remember, you and I were once young and reckless, and we all have young ones at home.. treat others with leniency, give some benefit of the doubt, and move forward.. BE NICE.” (sic)

This heartfelt message from Amit Sadh followed closely after Babil Khan, the son of the late actor Irrfan Khan, became the focus of a social media uproar stemming from a distressing video. In this clip, Babil expressed his personal challenges and described Bollywood as “the most fake industry.” He mentioned several notable figures including Shanaya Kapoor, Ananya Panday, Arjun Kapoor, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Raghav Juyal, Adarsh Gourav, and even singer Arijit Singh.

In response, Babil’s team released a statement clarifying that the video had been “misinterpreted” and taken out of context. The statement conveyed, “Over the past few years, Babil Khan has garnered immense love and respect for his work and his candidness regarding his mental health journey. Like everyone, Babil is entitled to have tough days, and this was one of them. We want to reassure all his supporters that he is safe and will be feeling better soon.”
