Amitabh remarked: “I began watching the film — I hadn’t seen it since its premiere — and I was captivated by it... in complete awe of the film’s quality, its direction, and above all, and this is not merely a father’s opinion, I was astounded by Abhishek’s performance... what restraint, what close-ups, what expressions, what presence, and what an exceptional portrayal...”
He continued: “I am truly absent in this film... honestly... it was entirely Abhishek’s work... watch it again and witness for yourself... every little nuance, glance, and silence is simply breathtaking...”
Describing himself as a genuine critic of cinema, Amitabh added: “This is not a father’s voice... it’s a sincere critic of cinema speaking... devoid of depreciation or modesty, it’s a genuine acknowledgment of the film’s craft and Abhishek’s talent... still dazzled...”
