Mumbai, Dec 24 (NationPress) On the occasion of Anil Kapoor’s 68th birthday on Tuesday, the creators of “Subedaar” revealed the actor's initial appearance from the highly anticipated film, which he describes as significantly more than just an action flick.
Anil stated: "Subedaar is special!!! It’s much more than just an action film; it’s about resilience, honor, family and the relentless fight we face in life.”
The first glimpse initiates with intense visuals, paired with a captivating Subedaar theme track. Anil personifies a rugged and intense character with remarkable finesse. The video, filled with rising tension, provides a preview of what can only be characterized as a high-octane, powerhouse performance.
He mentioned: “Unveiling this first look of Subedaar Arjun Maurya on my birthday is my gift to the fans who have stood by me all these years!”
Directed by Suresh Triveni, this action drama is produced by Vikram Malhotra, Anil Kapoor, and Triveni.
Anil expressed: “I could not have asked for a better director than Suresh to lead this film, and it’s equally special to partner with Vikram and the team as we bring this narrative to life.”
“Subedaar” also features Radhikka Madan in the lead role. Set against the backdrop of India’s heartland, the film explores the riveting journey of Subedaar Arjun Maurya, who now confronts the challenges of civilian life. The dynamic Anil Kapoor stars alongside the talented Radhikka Madan, who portrays his daughter.
An Opening Image Films and Anil Kapoor Film & Communication Network (AKFCN) production, this action-packed drama recently concluded an intense outdoor shoot in UP and is scheduled to begin its final filming phase in January.
