Mumbai, Oct 5 (NationPress) Esteemed actor Anupam Kher upheld a beloved tradition by enjoying a meal with the family of Satish Kaushik.
Recognized for their deep friendship, this lunch gathering signifies the lasting bond between these two icons of Bollywood. On Sunday, Kher shared a video with Satish Kaushik’s daughter Vanshika, featuring them engaging in tongue twisters together. Alongside the video, the actor known for his role in Tanvi the Great expressed, “WE ARE BACK! As a tradition, I visited to have lunch with Shashi ji and Vanshika, and after some convincing, my dear Vanshika agreed to participate in this video. Here are some tongue twisters for you to try at home or anywhere with your loved ones. Jai Ho!” (sic)
In the video, Anupam cheerfully states, “This is one of our iconic moments, Vanshika, greetings to you and everyone watching. Now, I will challenge Vanshika to repeat a tongue-twisting phrase three times. Let's see how she manages. Lala, Gop, Gapangam, Das. Lala, Gop, Gapangam, Das. Now let’s see if she can say it fluently!”
The actor also attempted additional tongue twisters with Vanshika and invited her to challenge him as well.
Last year, Anupam Kher fondly reminisced about the moments spent with his late friend Satish Kaushik on what would have been his 68th birthday. He shared a video montage celebrating their treasured memories, stating, “Happy Birthday my dearest #Satish! May God bless you with all happiness wherever you are. For me, you are always present. In pictures, in meals, in conversations, whether I’m alone or with others. Your memory is contagious!”
Anupam further added, “An update about #TanviTheGreat - we are currently on our shoot #Day34. All is going well, thank God. I have included most of your wonderful suggestions, while the not-so-great ones have been set aside. I truly miss your physical presence, your calls, our gossip sessions, and your unmatched sense of humor! Forever love you. #SatishKaushik #Birthday #Friend.”
Satish tragically passed away from a heart attack in Gurugram in March 2023 at the age of 66.
