Mumbai, Dec 2 (NationPress) Renowned actor Anupam Kher expressed his thoughts on the evolving nature of the father-son bond in a poignant manner.

He posted a video on his official Instagram account articulating how one's perception of their father transforms through different phases of life.

Kher remarked, "Friends, the bond between a son and his father is truly remarkable. As time passes, a son's feelings towards his father continuously evolve. From viewing him as a hero, to doubting his knowledge - let's delve into this journey of self-discovery in just a few lines."

He elaborated on how a son's perspective of his father shifts as he matures.

"This lesson is titled, 'Never Argue with Your Father.' At the tender age of five, you might think that your father knows everything. By seven, you still believe he knows it all. At ten, you begin to question his knowledge. By fourteen, you may think he knows nothing. At sixteen, he seems completely out of touch. At eighteen, you dismiss him entirely. At twenty-five, you consider his ideas irrelevant. By thirty, you start to realize that he was right about some things. At forty, you marvel at how he endured everything. At forty-five, you come to the conclusion that he was always right. And by fifty, you wish he were still around to learn from him."

Kher emphasized that understanding life takes time, and one should never doubt a father's wisdom.

"Never argue with your father. Either stay silent or leave, but never compromise his dignity. Because a father possesses profound knowledge," he advised.
