Mumbai, Oct 24 (NationPress) Veteran actor Anupam Kher recently shared insights into the significant role nature and silence play in his life.
In a recent Instagram post, he expressed that immersing himself in tranquil natural environments allows him to reconnect with his inner being, heal from life's pressures, and refresh both his mind and spirit. Drawing from his roots in Shimla and Kashmir, Kher detailed how moments of reflection in nature provide clarity, ignite creativity, and bring back fond childhood memories.
On Friday, the ‘Tanvi the Great’ actor shared a video where he walks among trees and streams in a forest. He captioned it, “Sometimes knowing yourself can be the start of all wisdom! This can only occur through introspection and inner silence! Nature possesses the unique ability to heal, even if you believe healing isn’t necessary. Coming from Shimla and Kashmir, nature also reconnects me with my childhood memories! It purifies, renews, and invigorates me! #Nature #Silence.”
In the video, the 70-year-old actor stated, “At times in life, nature can heal, rejuvenate, energize, or simply calm you. Just take a look at this beautiful, serene place with its small stream. The key is, sometimes I mentioned earlier, you need to pause in life to reinvent yourself.”
Anupam Kher further mentioned, “I came to Switzerland, which reminded me of Kashmir. Honestly, I can confidently say that Kashmir was even more stunning when I traveled there as a child. Such places inspire poetry, although I’m not a poet. Yet, it's essential to connect with oneself at times.”
“Engaging in a dialogue with yourself is crucial, and a setting like this can facilitate that. You don’t need to travel to Switzerland; just find a quieter spot. Look at this beautiful lane. It’s incredible,” he concluded.
