Mumbai, May 5 (NationPress) Renowned actor and director Anupam Kher has spoken about the casting of his ‘Mrs. Wilson’ co-star Iain Glen for the upcoming film “Tanvi The Great”. He emphasized that the Scottish actor brings not only his remarkable acting skills to the role of Michael Simmons but also a profound sense of gravitas, warmth, and compassion to the project.
Following the introduction of lead actress Shubhangi, Anupam shared a poster featuring the “Game of Thrones” star Iain Glen as Michael Simmons on Instagram.
In his post, he mentioned, “ACTORS of TANVI THE GREAT: I had the pleasure of working with Iain Glen (Game Of Thrones) in a #BBC three-part series #MrsWilson. We formed a friendship during the shoot. When casting for the character of Michael Simmons in #TanviTheGreat, I sent Iain the script, and he instantly agreed to take on one of the pivotal roles in our film (sic).”
“He not only contributes his extraordinary talent to the character but also the gravitas, warmth, and compassion that are essential for the film. I am grateful, my friend, for your involvement in this significant Indian film meant for the world. Jai Ho! (sic),” the actor expressed.
