Actress Apoorva Arora is basking in the appreciation pouring in for her performance in 'Momacu', and the warm reception has prompted her to revisit the behind-the-scenes moments that defined her experience on the film. Speaking openly about the journey, Arora revealed that the shoot was as demanding as it was memorable — marked by freezing nights, a last-minute entry into the cast, and a set energy that kept everyone going.

Straight Into the Cold

Arora joined the 'Momacu' team almost immediately after completing another project, leaving little time to decompress before diving into an intense schedule in Chandigarh during the peak of winter. Long overnight shifts in biting cold could have made for a miserable experience, but she says the opposite was true.

'What I remember most about 'Momacu' is not the cold, but the spirit with which everyone came to work every day. We were shooting through some really chilly nights, often for long hours, but there was so much excitement around the story that nobody let the weather dampen the mood. Looking back, those difficult nights have become some of my favourite memories from the film,' Arora said.

A Seamless Last-Minute Entry

Despite coming on board at short notice, Arora described the on-set atmosphere as immediately welcoming, which helped her settle into her character without the friction that can sometimes accompany a rushed transition. The collaborative spirit of the cast and crew, she noted, made the adjustment far smoother than expected.

Why the Appreciation Feels Different

Arora said that during production, the team was entirely focused on honest storytelling — with little thought spared for how audiences might eventually respond. That makes the current wave of praise feel particularly meaningful to her.

'At the time, all of us were focused on telling the story as honestly as possible. You don't really think about how people will react once the film releases. That's why the appreciation feels so special now. When viewers reach out and say they loved my character, it takes me right back to those nights on set and reminds me why we do what we do,' she added.
