Mumbai, Oct 6 (NationPress) Actress Ashnoor Kaur's parents, Avneet Kaur and Gurmeet Singh, have finally spoken out regarding their daughter's experience in the Bigg Boss 19 house. Their comments come in light of a recent conflict where contestant Farhana Bhatt challenged Ashnoor's upbringing, which left the young actress visibly shaken. In an exclusive interview with IANS, Ashnoor's parents expressed their feelings about how she is coping with the challenges of the show.

When asked if they believed Ashnoor handled the situation with Farhana well, her mother, Avneet, stated, “She responded with calmness and dignity. Whenever Farhana makes a statement, Ashnoor replies respectfully, staying true to her values.”

Her father Gurmeet expressed the emotional toll of seeing their daughter in such a stressful environment, saying, “It’s incredibly difficult to watch someone criticize your child or see her in tears. You instinctively want to protect her. Unfortunately, we can’t do anything but send her our strength and positivity from afar, hoping she stays strong and performs well.” On the proud moments they’ve experienced, Avneet shared, “There have been numerous proud moments in just six weeks. I’ve been by her side for 15 years, guiding her through every choice. In the house, her ability to respond gracefully while upholding her values makes us very proud. The way she shows respect to all, especially elders like Kunickaa Sadanand, reflects our values.”

Reflecting on Ashnoor's intense disagreement with Farhana, Avneet admitted, “Honestly, I didn’t like it at all. It disturbed me deeply. At one point, I even considered pulling her out of the show because people misunderstand her personality. She is not someone who screams and curses. She calmly addresses when someone crosses the line. Maybe some clips have misrepresented her, but as the show progresses, people will see her true nature, and their perspectives will change.”

Ashnoor Kaur has been garnering mixed reviews for her performance in Bigg Boss Season 19. Her friendship with co-contestant Abhishek Bajaj has become a hot topic, both inside and outside the house. Despite others, including Nehal Chudasma, Baseer Ali, and Farrhana Bhatt, trying to suggest a romantic link between them, both Ashnoor and Abhishek have consistently maintained that they are just good friends.
