Mumbai, April 13 (NationPress) Babil Khan's upcoming film, 'Logout', has generated significant excitement among cinema enthusiasts. In a recent exclusive interview with IANS, he shared an intriguing story related to the film.

When queried about a specific scene that profoundly affected him as an actor, Babil recounted, “There is a pivotal moment near the conclusion where my character delivers a poignant message. He addresses his followers, saying, ‘Please don’t follow me.’ In this scene, he unveils the underlying truth regarding his craving for validation, stemming from his separation from his parents due to technology and social media. I want to keep some details under wraps, but there’s a line where I strike my father. We executed 20 takes of that scene from various angles, and experiencing that moment repeatedly was incredibly challenging. That scene truly left me shaken.”

When Babil was asked about his experience working with director Amit Golani and writer Biswapati Sarkar on 'Logout', he expressed, “It’s challenging to articulate the affection I have for Biswa sir, Amit sir, and Sameer sir. During my audition, I had no idea they would be the ones involved. Sameer sir collaborated with my father on 'Karwaan', and I’ve long admired Biswa sir’s writing. Amit sir had recently completed 'Kaala Paani'. I felt capable of delivering deeply emotional scenes and then emerging from them with laughter—something I had missed dearly. I distinctly recall laughing heartily after what felt like an eternity. They consistently maintained a light atmosphere, making the filmmaking process enjoyable. Regardless of the weighty themes, their approach rendered it all feel much lighter.”

On the topic of how he handles fan attention, Babil remarked, “I genuinely enjoy the attention—I embrace it all. Whether it’s negative or positive, I truly appreciate it. At times, it can be hurtful or overwhelming, leading to anxiety; nonetheless, I cherish every bit of it.”
