The altercation began during a captaincy contender task, intensifying when Amaal made disparaging remarks about both Farrhana and her mother, exacerbating the situation further.

The episode kicked off with a captaincy challenge where participants had to make strategic sacrifices to secure their positions. In a surprising turn, Farrhana ripped apart Neelam Giri's heartfelt letter from home, aiming to bolster her own chances in the competition. This action deeply impacted Neelam, leading her to tears, which prompted other housemates to criticize Farrhana for her perceived coldness and insensitivity.

Despite the criticism, Farrhana seemed unfazed and was later spotted having dinner in a calm manner. This demeanor infuriated Amaal, who challenged her empathy, asking, 'How can you sit here and eat when Neelam is crying so much because of you?' Farrhana retorted that she would deal with the matter after finishing her meal, further aggravating Amaal.

In a fit of rage, Amaal snatched the plate from Farrhana's hand and hurled it away, shattering it. He then unleashed a barrage of personal insults, labeling Farrhana a significant 'red flag' and dragging her family into the dispute. He went so far as to label her a 'B-grade' actress, asserting, 'You and your mother both are B-grade. Nobody would cast you in C-grade films either.'

This provoked other contestants, who urged him to refrain from making such derogatory comments. However, Amaal was undeterred, continuing his stream of low remarks against Farrhana, claiming that her attitude would prevent her from securing work in the industry.
