Hyderabad, Oct 17 (NationPress) Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu unveiled the gripping trailer of Venkat Kalyan and Abhishek Jaiswal's supernatural fantasy thriller 'Jatadhara', starring Sudheer Babu and Sonakshi Sinha in lead roles.

This much-anticipated bilingual film, crafted in both Telugu and Hindi, is set to grace theaters on November 7 this year.

The trailer unfolds a narrative where, in ancient times, riches were interred and sealed with ominous spells, most notably the 'Pisacha Bandhanam', a sinister binding that called forth spirits to guard it.

A skeptical ghost hunter, determined to debunk the existence of ghosts, inadvertently unleashes a Dhana Pisacha, a demon of wealth, due to one individual’s avarice, triggering a horrifying reality that compels him to avert a child’s impending sacrifice.

What starts as doubt spirals into chaos, with the trailer offering nightmarish glimpses of possessions, shadowy temples, and intense spiritual battles. A particularly chilling moment features Sudheer’s character consuming blood from the earth in a trance, setting a tone of visceral intensity for the film. Sudheer Babu appears to have fully immersed himself in his role, and judging by the trailer, his performance promises to be profoundly impactful.

Sonakshi Sinha captivates audiences with her fierce, unconventional portrayal of the vengeful Dhana Pisachi, balancing malevolence with mystique. The trailer also teases intriguing supporting roles played by Avasarala Srinivas and Shilpa Shirodkar.
