Mumbai, July 16 (NationPress) Filmmaker Boney Kapoor took a trip down memory lane by posting a nostalgic photograph from his inaugural day as an independent producer for Hum Paanch, featuring his brother Anil Kapoor.

The father of Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor shared the black-and-white snapshot on Instagram, showcasing a younger version of himself alongside Anil and their director, Bapu.

Boney captioned the post: “1980 3rd January first day shoot at Melkote village (Mandya district Karnataka) of my first film as an independent producer ‘Hum Paanch’ Anil, me & Bapu.”

“Hum Paanch” is an action film directed by Bapu and features an impressive cast including Sanjeev Kumar, Shabana Azmi, Mithun Chakraborty, Naseeruddin Shah, Raj Babbar, Gulshan Grover, and Amrish Puri.
