Los Angeles, Jan 18 (NationPress) Actress Dakota Johnson and Coldplay frontman Chris Martin were spotted enjoying each other's company while holding hands and smiling in Mumbai, India.

The couple was seen in the city on a Friday. Martin is in town with his band Coldplay for a series of concerts as part of their sold-out Music of the Spheres World Tour, according to reports from people.com.

In the images captured, Martin opted for a relaxed style with a long-sleeved gray shirt, black pants, and white sneakers, topped off with a black graphic baseball cap.

Johnson, aged 35, sported a similar hat and a fitted black tank midi dress, with a gray sweater tied around her waist and black sneakers, even waving to the camera at one moment.

The two were first connected romantically in the fall of 2017, making their initial public appearance together at Stella McCartney’s Autumn 2018 Collection event in January 2018.

A source revealed to people.com in March 2024 that the couple had actually been engaged for “years” after initially sparking rumors in 2020, but “were in no rush to get married.”

When breakup rumors emerged during the summer, a representative for Johnson quickly dismissed them, stating that the pair were “happily together.”

“Sure, they’ve faced challenges and taken breaks in the past, but things are fantastic now,” a source mentioned.

Martin referred to the Madame Web actress as one of his “best friends” in a Rolling Stone interview published on December 19, 2024.

Although Rolling Stone noted that the “Clocks” singer preferred not to delve into his relationship with Johnson, feeling it wasn't his narrative to share, he did mention that they had recently enjoyed listening to Kacey Musgraves’ album Golden Hour together.

Martin is the father of Apple, 20, and Moses, 18, from his previous marriage to Gwyneth Paltrow. The couple famously announced their “conscious uncoupling” in 2014, finalizing their divorce a year later.
